(Updated) The customer service is great, they sent me out some updated X50's and they work as intended and seem like they really want to help. One of the original batteries have died, but I'm now chocking it up to a bad original batch and the new batteries should be be fine. I do appreciate how light and small they are.(Original)The screen is cool and probably works for some cameras. But it doesn’t work for Teradek or SmallHD monitors. So director or focus pulling monitors are not recommended. I’m able to work around it by adding a DTap accessory to some how get it to work… but I shouldn’t need too.The 2nd issue is if the battery is dead it can’t be charged via a V-Mount charger. Only way to wake it up is to charge it with USB C, till it says 1% then move it over to a V-Mount charger… also after a few days it might go to sleep… and will need to be woken up by USB as well.
