The cable works and materials are nice. Just the attention to details could be better. The rubber meeting the plug adaptor is cut slanted. Therefor it’s cocked in a angle.Doesn’t charge my MacBook even though the description said it would for my model.I plugged it into an Anker 65W USB-C charger and it is working perfectly.I got this to condense the number of cords and adapters I need to take when I travel, as I have two laptops I always bring with me. The cable appeared to work at first, I used it twice at home and then packed it for a trip. When I got to my destination, it no longer worked and I had to immediately scramble and pay way too much for a replacement. It was not damaged in transit at all, just stopped working. Very poor quality, and really screwed up my work trip. When I plugged in the cord, after a minute I smelled smoke. when I touched the magnetic side of the cord it burned my fingers. This cord is dangerous to use and I regret not being able to return it.This cable broke all of a sudden within a little more than 1 month of use. Nothing happened with it, it just stopped working.Mine died within 2 weeks of light use, only used as a work charger a few days a week, then all of a sudden stopped charging. It's not the charging block, as a new cable from a different company works great so far on the same block.Did not work for my mac book pro anyone know which one would work ?
