I received this the other day. One charger and block is working. The other keeps starting and stopping charging repeatedly. The product is defective unfortunately. It’s too bad because honestly when I took it out of the box, I immediately commented on how great the quality appeared. Once plugged in though, I realized it was not good.New update October 19: Do not order this. I can’t even return it because I don’t have the original packaging. It went out almost immediately because it was garbage day. The product is completely defective. Will not charge my phone at all now. They essentially stole my money. I tried to get through to a human being with Amazon support and they won’t allow that either. So I can’t even get this issue corrected.UPDATE: Customer service is great. This seller contacted me after my issue and sent out a new product immediately that works! We are now having no issues. Because of the quick response, I feel that we likely just got a “lemon” and the product probably normally comes in working order. I appreciate the sellers concern and the fact that they rectified it.
