I bought 3, the connection end is very delicate and if bent it stops working.They are bigger in size then the Apple one.I do have the charging animation when attached.For those saying they got hot, you have to make sure your phone is not covered and in the open. I have only had trouble with it getting very hot and stopping charging when I slept with the phone in my bed and it ended up getting under a pillow.
