OKI 44315302 Magenta Toner Cartridge for C610 Series Printers - Type C15 - 6,000 Page Yield - Ideal for Office & Home Printing

I put the cartridge in the printer and started printing. Everything was off in appearance when it was printed. This cartridge that clearly said yellow was full of black toner. Amazon returned my money for the cartridge even though the return time was over, but they didn't give me a full refund. This was clearly the manufacturers fault, yet I paid the price for it. The black toner had mixed in with the yellow that was in the drum so all of that toner had to be dumped also. But they clearly didn't care. I have used this product for years now and this is the only problem I have had. But if one of my customers had a problem like this and the fault was clearly mine, I would never have given them "partial" credit. The very least would have been their money back and a replacement cartridge for free. I guess that is the difference between small business and a company that is too large to care about the individual or even know they exist.These guys have the SKU and MFG PART # for this item totally messed up since they sent me a 4-toner primer part for a totally different OKIDATA printer (and not the single Magenta cartridge I ordered).They responded quickly to my message and issued and RMA # so I can return it, rather than sending me a return label at their expense. It cost me over $28 to ship it USPS and now I have to wait and see how quickly they will refund my credit card AND reimburse my return shipping charges. I saw no point to having them ship me the correct item if they will 'probably' ship me the same wrong item due to their messed up part identification #s.I bought this toner in cyan, magenta, and yellow in 2011. They are just now running out. Great quality, but I sure wish it wasn't so expensive!Ordered Yellow C610 and that is what was placed in my shopping cart. When the package came it had Black toner for a C530dn. It is not even close and a complete waste of my time. Now I have to try and get my money back.I received a black toner for a C530dn instead of the C610 yellow toner. Completely disappointed and now I have to order another one expedited...waste of my time.Strange - the picture shows Magenata but the description says CYAN. I'm not going to test it - even for the lower price.
